Nutrition Explained? ...(1)

 Wisdom will set you free ...

Any path that leads away from Confusion, started somewhere with a single step ... a step filled with Wisdom.  According to Buddhist philosophy, one needs Knowledge, Discipline and Silence (solitude/meditation) to reach any stage of Wisdom.  Today, knowledge is everywhere and easily available ... therefore you need the discipline to 'gather' knowledge.  You'll also need the discipline to obtain Solitude or Silence ... from here you'll be able to tap into an 'inner ancient knowledge' ... a quicker path to Wisdom ...

Knowledge Everywhere ... Solitude Nowhere?

The 'gathering' of knowledge can be tiresome ... luckily other people walked this path and make the process easier.  Technology brings everything to your fingertips ... sometimes very cheaply, maybe even at no cost.

Solitude in the modern world is a rarity, but Nature might set you free.  Again that bit of discipline and will to seek out Silence/Solitude ... the digestive process for knowledge ... feeding Wisdom ...

Your 'Struggling' Hunter-gatherer Ancestors ...

... lived for nearly 2 million years within the boundaries of Nature.  They had perfect teeth and no 'dental' program.  They had perfect bones, health and structure and no 'health clubs' ... the fitness comparable to that of a current Olympic athlete.  They ate in a certain way ... predominantly animal based diet, rich in fats, low in protein, followed by a plant based diet, low in carbohydrates.

Your ancestors were designed to run ... for endurance ... to run any other animal into the ground.  You're designed ... from the structure of your feet, to the design of your buttocks, posture, your skin and lungs ... to run ... to run in the heat ...

You're designed to utilise your bodily fat stores, to use ketones as fuel for your brain, instead of the current heavily advertised and misguided useless glucose fuel.  The concept of ketosis is protection against a lack of concentration during famine or long duration running.  In ketosis you can't 'bonk' out like the carb-fuelled athletes of today.  You can thrive for much, much longer on your own fat resources ... compared to your carbohydrate stores.

You were never designed to eat the amount of carbohydrates we are consuming today ... since the birth of the agricultural era, about 8000 years ago.  Since then the health of your teeth and bones declined, you struggle to run, you're shorter and rounder than ever before and you suffer from a range of 'new' diseases ... you have no immune system.  Cancer and heart disease, both fuelled by a high-carb diet, destroys family and friends around you at an alarming rate.  The 'experts' searching for a 'cure' while they pocket your hard earned dollars ...

You don't eat according to your design any more, never mind moving your body to your design ... you lost the connection to Nature.  You've lost the ancient Knowledge and Wisdom ... but ... you can have all of it back ...

Bread and Potatoes are my Crack ...

We all know carbohydrates (fancy word for sugar) are addictive.  Simple sugars can be as addictive as cocaine ... stimulate the same areas of your brain as some recreational drugs.  Carbohydrates also caused massive spikes in blood sugar ... making you feel hungry all the time, driving fat storage, especially around your middle.  Hopefully all of us know of the addictive properties of wheat and the perils of gluten ... but bread is our Crack and addicts we are.  You'll learn to brake the addiction ...

Man Boobs and No Boobs ...

Carbohydrates, especially in the form of wheat, stimulates visceral fat ... yes, that ring around modern man and woman's middle, representing the look of the current food pyramid ... a small little head and a pear shaped body.  Visceral fat acts like one massive gland and secretes large amounts of estrogen, therefore the birth of the Man Boob and Love Handles.  Excess estrogen in females ... well ... breast cancer and reproductive related problems ... I'll say no more ...

Cancer: 'Please feed me glucose?'

Hopefully we all know cancer cells thrive on glucose.  Go and look what cancer patients are fed in hospitals?  Feeding carbohydrates, especially glucose, to someone with cancer is well ... like giving a lung cancer patient nicotine. Yep, find a brick wall and bang your head endlessly ... you might be closer to a cancer cure ...

Eat that Crack or we'll Destroy you!!!

You'll learn that by changing your 'diet' you're suddenly a fearsome creature ... just by changing your diet away from grains, sugars and other heavy carbs ... you're a danger to modern society.  Why?? You threaten the current dental program, the toilet paper and toilet spray industry, the medical and medical drug industry ... a large portion of the farming community and of course that most important factor ... government revenue.  This is how real it is ... give up that Crack and you have to pick up arms against the 'authorities' ... come on ... you can do it ... put on the war paint and put up a fight man!!!

There's a Smell in the Air!!!

In the last few weeks, the so-called food pyramids have changed dramatically.  Medical researchers have stepped forward, telling the Truth as it is ... the ball is on the roll!!!  I assure you, you are living in interesting times ... the world is going to change.  You'll see old Macbeth might've been both right and wrong ... 'Foul is now Fair'  and 'Fair is now Foul' ...

One thing I'll promise you ... I'll waste a bit of ink on this!!!
